My Heart

For a long time, and certainly since I became pregnant/had Reid, I've struggled with all the judgement out there. I seem to notice it most among women - especially moms. I think sometimes it's intentional and sometimes we don't even realize we're doing it. 

I stumbled upon this today. It is beautifully written and I love her heart here - how she wants to love on people - regardless.

The truth is, we're all human. We all have good days and bad days. We all need to vent. We all need friends - true friends - that listen and don't get offended and who don't try to one-up or one-down you after every sentence. Friends who know your heart, know your intentions, and friends that, regardless of what place in life you're each in... you can walk alongside -plowing ahead together.

Anyway, I loved what she had to say. =) I also started browsing her blog and it seems she has a fabulous story. 

God has really been working on my heart this week. Each day he is weighing it down with the cares of adoption, the hungry, orphans, widows... each of these topics has been laid on my heart and brought to the forefront of my tired brain this week. It's almost unbelievable - but I get it - there's a purpose. It's been a slap to my recently apathetic hand. 

In other news, I have a few friends I've 'met' online that are in the depths of IVF and other infertility treatments. Praying extra prayers for those aching to have children!
