Midweek Randoms

Not much new to report here - just the same ol' same ol'.

Still working, still cleaning house, still doing lots of other things and yet not some of the things I should be. The usual. =)

Reid's still exploring...

And reading his books... he wants us to tell him the word for each picture over, and over, and over again.

We celebrated the 4th of July with my parents. Had a nice cookout and played some scrabble.

My dad helped me with my first target practice. =) Shot a couple pistols and while my shooting certainly wasn't consistent, I'd say I got the job done. Could have been worse as a first-timer.

The next day I went with my mom, aunt, and grandma for an old school shopping trip! =) There's always lots of laughing and there's usually an ice cream cone on the way home too. ;) We don't get to do that enough.

I've been planning for an upcoming business trip to Baltimore. This will be my first time to fly alone and my first time to attempt doing only carry on luggage. Might as well get both under my belt at the same time, right? While I'm not much looking forward to the actual travel part, I always enjoy seeing a new city, its culture, and its eats. ;)
